1. Services Provided - We offer coaching classes, test series, doubt-solving sessions, and other academic support for students in Classes VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII & XII+, focusing on competitive exams like IISER Aptitude Test, JEE Advanced, JEE Main, NEET, CET, Board etc.
2. Eligibility - Students below the age of 18 must have consent from a parent/guardian to enrol. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Enrolment & Payments - Enrolment is confirmed only after full or partial payment, as per the chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written refund policy. Payments must be made through our approved payment channels.
4. Code of Conduct - Students and parents must maintain respectful communication with faculty, staff, and peers, avoid sharing class materials, recorded lectures, or study content without prior permission, refrain from disruptive or unethical behaviour, both online and offline. Violation of the above may result in suspension or termination of services without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property - All study material, lectures, tests, videos, and resources provided by Singularity Educators are our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use them solely for your learning. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Online Classes & Digital Content - Online classes may be recorded for quality, security, and academic purposes. Unauthorized sharing of meeting links, recordings, or login credentials is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties - While we strive for academic excellence, we do not guarantee specific exam results or rankings. Our programs are designed to guide and support students, but success also depends on individual effort.
8. Limitation of Liability - We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings on our premises, technical issues beyond our control during online sessions, any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Third-Party Services - Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Changes to Terms - We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law - These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
