The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) for the PCM group is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, for admission to undergraduate engineering and technology programs in the state. The exam evaluates a candidate’s knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with questions based on the Maharashtra State Board syllabus of Classes 11 and 12. MHT-CET scores are accepted by government, aided, and private engineering colleges across Maharashtra, making it the primary gateway for students seeking B.E./B.Tech admissions within the state.
